大连今海船务有限公司于2006年7月19日注册成立，公司成立得到了日本今治造船和大连今冈船务工程有限公司的大力支持,大连今海作为日本今治造船在中国的窗口企业,为今治造船提供船舶代理、租船订舱、船舶租赁和买卖、中国沿海及近洋拖带等服务，同时为大连今冈船务工程有限公司及旅顺港口企业提供拖轮辅助作业服务。

公司按照国际及国内海运运输的要求，配备专职机务和海务经理，取得了安全标准化体系认证。

The establishment of the company has received strong support from Japan IAMBARI group and Dalian IMAOKA shipbuiling Co., Ltd., As the window enterprise of IMABARI and Dalian IMAOKA , Dalian Ima Ocean provides services such as ship agency, chartering and booking space, ship chartering and trading, coastal and near-sea towing etc. for japan IMABARI group, and also provides tugboat services for Dalian IMAOKA and other Lushun Port Enterprises.
